This Privacy Policy explains how VoiceSpectrum AI (the "Service") collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to our marketing site and Subscribers to our platform. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, company, phone number, and stated use case when you request a demo or create a workspace. We also collect technical information automatically — including IP address, browser type, referrer, and pages visited — through standard server logs and privacy-preserving analytics.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, provision your Workspace, deliver the Service, send transactional notifications, and improve product quality. We do not sell your information to third parties.
4. Call Audio, Transcripts, and AI Outputs
Within Subscriber Workspaces, call audio, transcripts, and AI-generated responses are stored for the configured retention period and used solely to provide and improve the Service for that Workspace. We do not use Subscriber Tenant Data to train shared foundation models unless the Subscriber opts in writing. Subprocessors used to deliver the Service are listed in the Trust Center.
5. Compliance & Security
The Service operates under HIPAA-compliant controls (Business Associate Agreements available on request), SOC 2 Type II audit attestation, and ISO 27001 certification scope. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Audit logs capture every administrative and data-access action.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@voicespectrum.ai.
7. Cookies
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies to remember language preferences and session state. Third-party analytics cookies are loaded only after consent where required by law.
